Frequently Asked Questions

We offer Comprehensive Eye Exams beginning at 6 months of age, ocular disease management, emergency eye care (foreign body removal, infections, allergies, flashes and floaters), dry eye management and treatment, esthetic services through Vision First Esthetics.

Screening for many ocular diseases including macular degeneration, glaucoma and dry eye; evaluation of glasses prescription; and contact lens prescription as desired. We also offer retinal imaging.

Yes! Be sure to bring your current prescription or email or fax it to our office.

Depends on what selections you make but on average glasses take about 2 weeks and contact lenses usually ship to your house in less than a week.

Call our office or our emergency line if after hours. Most of the time we are able to work you in same day.

Yes! We have a portal you can order some of our brands online through.

If you are having any issues with your eyewear, please let us know. We are happy to work with you to get your prescription right. We do ask that you let us know within 30 days after you pick up your eyewear to ensure the best experience.

We have two primary practices in Bethlehem and Hickory and have some select hours at the Conover Walmart Vision Center.
